In 2008, HK DESIGN Sail Factory was set up in Hong kong , covering an area of approximately 2000 square meters. The factory is well-equipped with advanced machines, such as German laser cutting machines and Japanese sewing machines.

In 2019 Start to make our own Membrane String Sails and finish 2 pcs110ft boat sails

Capacity approx 120 sails per week average size 35ft yachts.

WE use 

We working next softwer : SMSW , SAILPACK, Fabric, UK28, Smar Azure. Client need send to me NTV file to us with out seam. 

STRING FILE can accept. DXF., PLT., NTV. files with fiber one without loop.
